🐳 Ford Mondeo Mk4 Color Code

When I bought the car I only got 1 key (I got it used, was promised one more key, never got it, long story). I have seem to lost the key a couple of days ago. My Mondeo is 2009, Mk4. I went to my local Ford dealer and they said the only way to get new keys is for them to get the car to their garage. (violet wire ) The reason you get 4.44 volts with it dissconnected is the wire isn't loaded /connected therefore the voltage isn't doing any work.
